This is a daily planner meticulously designed to help you stay mindful and on task. It's undated so you can start a planner anytime.
At the start, you can plan and set goals for the next 3 months, then review your progress at the end of the planner.
Each week also starts with a timetable so you can schedule and keep track of all your appointments and block off time for your tasks and projects.
Each day comes with a to-do list with time tracking, a great system for those with ADHD and others who find it helpful to allocate time to each project, as well as space for communications, meal planning and exercise & mindfulness. At the end of each week, evaluate your progress towards accomplishing your goals, journal about what went well and plan for the coming week.
